Vocal music teacher responsibilities include:-to teach techniques of vocal music expression-to assist students in discovering and developing talent in the field of music-to develop knowledge and skills in listening to and reading music-teaches skills in music appreciation and harmony-plan a balanced music program and organize daily class time for instruction and rehearsal-develop lesson plans and instructional materials which meet the needs of each student to attain NYS learning standards
