ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANTICIPATED VACANC Y POSITION : Special Education Teacher (Elementary) AVAILABLE : September 1, 2026 DUTIES : Serve as Special Education teacher at the Elementary school level; plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students with disabilities in a variety of educational settings. Participate in curriculum development; assume general supervisory duties as assigned by the superintendent; carry out other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned by the PK-6 Assistant Principal/CSE Chairperson , Building Principal or Superintendent. . QUALIFICATIONS : Must have appropriate certification and fingerprint/background check by NY State Education Department. . REPORTS TO : Building Administrator, PK-6 Assistant Principal/CSE Chairperson and Superintendent . WORKS WITH : Students, staff, faculty, administration, parents and community .
