The Springs School District is seeking a full-time, probationary Special Education Teacher beginning September 1, 2026.The successful candidate will possess appropriate New York State certification and demonstrate knowledge and experience serving students in grades K–8. Candidates should have experience with co-teaching models, collaborative planning, effective classroom management, and the implementation of standards-based instruction aligned with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families, and a commitment to supporting diverse learners are essential.Qualifications:Valid NYSED certification in Special Education K-8 (required)Experience teaching students in grades K–8Experience with co-teaching and collaborative instructional practicesKnowledge of IEP development and implementationQualified candidates should submit a resume and proof of certification.
