Springs UFSD is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team . The SLP will work with students in grades [K-12] to assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech and language disorders. Caseload includes high-needs students with severe disabilities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disordersDevelop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)Provide direct therapy in individual and group settingsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student communication needsMaintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district, State and medicaid regulationsExperience using IEP Direct Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication DisordersValid New York State SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferredNYS Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities" (TSSLD) certificationExperience with students with Autism, Down Syndrome and other developmental disabilities, AACStrong communication and collaboration skills
