Date : July 17, 2026 Posting #: CP3043 Announcement of Math Vacancies A number of vacancies exist in the area of mathematics for the 2026-2027 school year. The successful candidates will collaborate with the building principals and Math Director to manage Academic Intervention Services (AIS) student enrollment and exits. Responsibilities may include coordinating comprehensive service schedules for students and AIS providers, administering state and local math benchmark assessments, and delivering targeted support through push-in and pull-out instructional models. The following positions exist and applicants will be considered for all positions: Math Teaching Assistant (Probationary)-Minimum annual salary=$41,205 Math Teaching Assistant (Full year leave replacement)-Minimum annual salary=$41,205 Math AIS Tutor (PT - 19 hours per week)-Annual salary=$27,477.59 ($36.15 per hour) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: NYS teaching certification in Secondary Mathematics. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Two (2) years experience teaching Math and/or AIS Math. Knowledge of Google Classroom and instructional technology. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Demonstrated ability to work effectively and cooperatively with others. Bilingual communication skills preferred.
