Provide extra assistance to students with special needs.Assist students individually or in small groups academically.Supervise students.Work with classroom teachers to coordinate instructional efforts.Arrange with classroom teachers to collect student assignments.Enforce classroom values.Responsible for assisting with classroom behavior.Responsible for completing students point sheets.Assist in crisis intervention for students.Responsible for recording information behavior on ABC sheets.Complete the following reports when necessary: information, behaviorals, and incident reports.Provide communication to members of the Behavior Support team regarding any behavior requiring intervention.Responsible for monitoring the attendance of all students assigned to their class.Performs all duties as assigned.A High School/GED Diploma is required.
