Possess strong curricula knowledge in STEAM disciplines2. Monitors and oversees the various curricula for the Business, Math, Science, Art, and Technology departments (K-12)3. Stays abreast of the latest developments in pedagogy and best instructional practices regarding Business, Math, Science, Art, and Technology and disseminates this information to all staff members of the specific departments4. Holds monthly department meetings5. Assists instructional staff with methodology and pedagogy that will lead to continued growth and student engagement and achievement6. Experience with using technology to enhance instruction7. Develops instructional priorities that aligned to District Goals.8. Oversees the budge development for the Business, Math, Science, Art, and Technology departments.9. Identifies technology for student to improve instruction (instructional programs, software, applications, etc.)10. Oversees administrative functions related to technology11. Provides technology leadership to support the instructional staff and administration with improving and enhancing implementation of instructional programs, software, applications, etc. for the purpose of enhancing instruction 12. Chairs the District-wide Technology Steering Committee13. Oversees and monitors the scoring of all State mandated tests and departmental examinations in the specific six subject areas and provides reports of results14.
