The Schoharie Central School District has an anticipated temporary opening for a Counseling position for their Extended School Year from July 8, 2024 through August 16, 2024.New York State certification as a School Counselor or School Social Worker. A Master’s Degree in School Counseling, Social Work, Special Education or related field and certification as a Social Worker or School Counselor. Have 1 to 2 years of successful experience. Experience working in a self-contained or partially self-contained environment. Be committed to meeting the needs of a diverse set of learners. Have a track record of being a team player and community minded. Adherence to a high level of professional and ethical standards.Salary according to Schoharie Teachers Association Contract.
