Schoharie Central School District has an anticipated leave of absence opening for a School Counselor at the Jr./Sr. High School beginning on September 1, 2023. The main focus of this position will be students in grades 9-12. This is a 1.0 FTE position.The successful candidate will hold and maintain NYS School Counseling Certification (or equivalent), have strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of current teaching best practices, willingness to be a part of a team, and a commitment to equity in education.Salary according to Schoharie Teachers Association Contract.
