EXECUTIVE SECRETARY II to the ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT FOR CURRICULUM & INSTRUCTION (ANTICIPATED) - District Office The Executive Secretary II is a management confidential position designed to support the work of the Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordination of Curriculum and Instruction workflow processes, student registration and enrollment management, professional development CTLE tracking, Staff Trac data collection, coordination of substitutes, grant tracking for state and federal grants and all related office responsibilities. CIVIL SERVICE COMPETITIVE - A provisional appointment may be made for an eligible candidate. REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Strong interpersonal skills - The ability to engage parents, staff, and students in a professional and positive manner Software proficiency and willingness to learn - Google Workspace, SchoolTool, Staff Trac and CR BOCES Substitute Coordination Services, eSchool Solutions.
