Elementary Special Education Special Class 12:1:2 (Probationary)The Scarsdale Schools are seeking talented, experienced, and innovative candidates for a probationary special education teacher for a 12:1:2 special class program at Quaker Ridge Elementary School. Quaker Ridge Elementary School is a dynamic neighborhood school that spans grades K-5 with an approximate enrollment of 550 students. We offer rich and varied educational programs, along with an active, supportive parent body. The program is structured as an 12:1:2 classroom supporting students with a variety of disabilities in need of a highly structured environment with specially designed instruction to meet their academic and social emotional needs. The position start date is August 29,2023.
