Assistant Cook Location: To be determined Salary: *$19.42 per hr. if initially hired after 1/1/14 *$24.72 per hr. if initially hired before 1/1/14 Hours: 6:45 AM to 1:15 PM (6.5 hrs. per day/32.5 hr. work week) Work Year: First day of student attendance through the last day of student attendance Start Date: September 1, 2022 *Salary reflects 2021-22 rates. Rate will increase for 2022-23 school year. Requirements and Qualifications: The Assistant Cook is responsible for assisting the Cook/Head Cook in preparing all meals made and served in their assigned building, as well as provide foods and supplies to the elementary schools. In addition, the Assistant Cook will be certified and able to fill in for the Cook/Head Cook in the event of their absence on any given day.
