SANY’s Citizenship Academy of Science Elementary School is excited to announce the immediate opening of a Behavior Specialist role for the 2024-2025 Academic Year.We have a great environment for new staff and we encourage you to apply!We need a professional who will:Consistently implement our code of conduct.Train and educate all stakeholders about the implementation of the student code of conduct.Be visible and accessible to the students and staff.Analyze data to identify trends in behavior, make necessary adjustments, and implement an action plan.Identify students with behavior and establish corrective plans for individuals or groups.Develop positive relationships with the students and parents to foster a respectful and professional school environment.Work with school counselors and teachers collaboratively to develop and help implement the RTI process for individuals or groups.Support and work collaboratively with administrators, teachers, and parents while demonstrating a professional manner.What we can provideExcellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, employee assistance program and more!Competitive salary (based on pay scale, experience, and education)Professional development opportunities.
