Position Title: Elementary Teacher Certification: Childhood Education 1-6 Essential Attributes: Proven ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and partner with students & parents in the learning process. Experience designing student-centered lessons and engaging curricula that individually challenges students and inspires them to grow. Thoughtful, reflective practitioner that is culturally responsive in their pedagogical approach with a proven commitment to the principles of equity and inclusion. Highly skilled in differentiating instruction to personalize learning to meet the diverse needs of all students. Demonstrated understanding of authentic assessment, data-driven instruction, and methods for gathering and evaluating evidence of deeper learning accounting for learning differences. Experience with the various co-teach models, collaborative lesson planning, and team-teaching. Experience with the Science of Reading and Units of Study Highly skilled with small group instruction.
