Qualifications: Professional and committed; knowledge of the principles and practices of building and grounds safety and security precautions; ability to respond effectively to emergency situations; ability to patrol buildings and grounds; ability to follow oral and written directions. requirement of background check and continued possession of New York State registration as a Security Guard issued by New York State.
