INTERIM ASSISTANT BUSINESS ADMINISTRATOR August/September 2025 PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS: Must hold valid NYSED SBA, SDBL, or SDA Administrative CertificationDemonstrate expertise in financial management and accounting, with strong analytical and organizational skills.Promote a positive, respectful work culture and maintain highly effective relationships with all staff and stakeholders.Assist the Assistant Superintendent for Business in all aspects of business operations and financial administration.Serve as the District's Purchasing Agent; ensure compliance with Board policy, state laws, and procurement regulations.Assist in preparation, monitoring, and review of budget; oversee account allocations and expenditure tracking.Supervise Business Office Staff to ensure efficient and accurate operations across all departments.Prepare and submit reports as required by local, state, and federal agencies.Oversee STAC process, verify calculations, and ensure that all eligible costs are submitted to SEDRelated Duties or reports assigned by the Superintendent and/or Assistant Superintendent for Business SALARY: Competitive Salary Commensurate with Experience apply for this POSITION by completing a cover letter,resume and application only applicants who DEMONSTRATE APPROPRIATE Nysed CertIFICATION will be considered The Roosevelt UFSD is an equal opportunity employer.
