PPS Position Available SEPTEMBER 2023 TRANSITION TEACHERQUALIFICATIONS / PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Must hold NYSED Teacher Certification Teacher with expertise in transition, CDOS and CTE requirements Coordinate district wide vocational and transition activities with students, parents, guidance and ACCES-VR Research and coordinate programs for graduating students Provide guidance to students with post-secondary plansProvide job coaching, work-based learning opportunities and travel training Work collaboratively with CSE to ensure development of transition plans for students with disabilities.
