Qualifications: Ulster County Civil Service Job Description/Requirements Attached, SED Fingerprint Clearance Salary: Per Contract General Responsibilities: Building cleaning & minor maintenance tasks including but not limited to the following: Repairs window shades, replaces light bulbs, soap and towelsDelivers packages and messagesAssists in unloading incoming suppliesPaints rooms and equipment and assists in making minor plumbing, carpentry and electrical repairsMay mow lawns, trim shrubs, rake leaves and perform a variety of other ground keeping tasks as assignedMay assist in the operation of an oil, gas or coal fired pressure heating system including firing and removing ashesMay place and remove traffic safety signs Work Schedule: 2nd Shift, 2pm-10:30pm, Monday - Friday during the school year. Summer hours are 6am to 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday.Additional Duties: Performs other related tasks as assigned by the direct report and/or Superintendent.
