Qualifications: NYS Certified School Counselor, NYSed fingerprint clearance Salary: Per Contract General Responsibilities: The school counselor provides weekly lessons in the classrooms on topics such as Zones of Regulation, ani-bias, and anti-bullying. In addition, the school counselor provides small group and individual student support. Scheduling is also a component of the position. Strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with others, and a sense of humor are essential qualities for this position. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:40pmAdditional Duties: Performs other related tasks as assigned by the direct report and/or Superintendent.
