The Red Hook Central School District is seeking candidates who hold NYS certification as a School Psychologist for a full-time, tenure-track position starting September 1, 2024.This position includes a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional development. Candidate criteria: possess valid NYS Certification in School Psychology; working knowledge of the Commissioner’s Part 200 Regulations; experience working with students with special needs; solid understanding and investment in the RTI process; leadership role on the Child Study Team and RTI Team; administer comprehensive psychological evaluations; strong counseling background (both individual and group); demonstrate highly effective communication skills with all stakeholder groups; collaborative leadership skills; crisis and behavioral intervention skills; experience chairing CSE meetings.
