DESCRIPTION: RCS is looking for a dynamic speech pathologist who is a skilled, empathetic individual who will provide our students with quality care and speech/language instruction. The speech pathologist will perform screenings, assess conditions, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the students develop necessary speech skills. The Speech Pathologist should be caring and knowledgeable about speech-related conditions and therapies and should be willing to alter treatment plans to better suit the individual needs of a diverse patient population based on the student’s IEP.
