We believe that organizational excellence is best achieved when leadership is reflective of our diverse society.About the JobQuestar III BOCES announces a full-time (6-week summer program) School Psychologist position to support Questar III special education students during ESY located at our following School Locations:George Washington School (Troy)Marilyn A. Noonan School (Durham)Paul Puccio School at Maple Hill (Schodack)Rensselaer Academy (Rensselaer)Sackett Educational Center (Castleton-on-Hudson)The School Psychologist position will be responsible for providing individual and group counseling; facilitate PBIS teams; respond and provide assistance in crisis situations; facilitate functional behavioral assessments; communicate with community agencies and other responsibilities as assigned by the Principal. Extended Summer Year (ESY) Schedule is as follows:July 2, 2026 - Orientation Day - All DayJuly 7, 2026 - August 14, 2026 - 6 weeksMonday through Friday, 8am - 2:30 pmRequirements:Proper NYS School Psychologist certification required (students who have just completed or are currently enrolled in a School Psychologist certification program are encouraged to apply).
