Questar III BOCES has a long-term Special Education Reading Resources Teacher position available to help support student success at our George Washington School in Troy, NY. This position is covering a leave of absence from now through the end of July 2024. This position will provide direct literacy instruction, embedded staff development, and professional development opportunities aligned with NYS Learning Standards to promote academic success for all students.Minimum Qualifications: Proper NYS certification in Literacy/Reading required (applicants currently enrolled in a Literacy program are encouraged to apply). Preferred candidates will have dual certification with Literacy and Special Education.
