Spanish Teacher Anticipated Probationary Appointment 2026-2027 School Year Responsibilities : The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated probationary vacancy for a Spanish teacher to provide instruction to students in grades 6-8. Knowledge of the New York State Learning Standards, effective classroom management techniques, strong instructional skills, and effective teaching strategies are necessary. Qualifications : New York State Spanish 6-8 certification is required. Additional NYS ESOL certification is a plus. Salary : The salary is per the Putnam Valley Federation of Teachers collective bargaining agreement.
