Strong knowledge of IEP’s (Individualized Education Plans, and learning goals needed). Additional responsibilities include IEP preparation, participation at CSE meetings, testing as needed, and other duties as required. Experience with successfully implementing the use of AAC devices within the classroom, providing NYSAA tests, and an understanding of transition needs is preferred.This probationary appointment is anticipated for September 1, 2025.New York State Special Education Certification required.Salary is as per the PVFT collective bargaining agreement.
