This probationary appointment is anticipated for March 2024.Responsibilities: Providing instruction to non-English speaking students, anticipated grades 5-8. Planning and delivering lessons; designing and producing teaching materials; assess student performance and progress; keep records; coordinate with fellow teachers, assistants and other professionals; attending meetings; provide advice in developing lesson plans, and perform other tasks assigned. New York State TESOL Certification required. Spanish speaking preferred.Salary is as per the PVFT collective bargaining agreement. Salary Range is:Bachelors Degree: minimum $59,380, midpoint $77,714, maximum $99,350Masters Degree: minimum $67,693, midpoint $95,879, maximum $127,339Excellent health, dental, vision, and life insurance options.
