ENL Teacher(Long-Term Substitute - Approximately 8 Weeks)The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a long-term substitute ENL Teacher. This anticipated vacancy is from September through October 2023 - approximately 8 weeks. The incumbent will provide instruction to non-English speaking students in a co-taught setting for students in grades 9-12. Plan and deliver lessons; design and produce teaching materials; assess student performance and progress; keep records; coordinate with fellow teachers, assistants and other professionals; attend meetings; provide advice in developing lesson plans, and perform other tasks assigned.New York State TESOL Certification required.The daily substitute pay range is $130 - 150/day.
