Anticipated PositionSpeech/Language TherapistSeptember 1, 2023The Putnam Valley Central School District has an anticipated vacancy for a speech/language therapist to deliver mandated individual and group speech/language services to students grades K-12. Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of developmental language and learning needs as well as appropriate interventions and strategies for students with a range of disabilities; and highly effective delivery of mandated individual and group speech/language services.Appropriate NYS Speech certification required; Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped (TSHH), Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred.This anticipated position follows the school calendar with an anticipated start date of September 1, 2023.The salary is as per the PVFT collective bargaining agreement. Salary Range is:Bachelors Degree: minimum $56,034, midpoint $73,261, maximum $97,402.Masters Degree: minimum $63,924, midpoint $92,156, maximum $117,642.Excellent health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
