This long-term teacher assignment is needed to provide instruction to students in grade 3. Knowledge of the New York State Learning Standards, effective classroom management techniques, strong instructional skills, and effective teaching strategies are necessary. New York State Childhood Education 1-6 certification required; TESOL certification preferred. Candidates with dual certification will be given priority.
