Requirements of Applicants: Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and four (4) years experience in Network & Systems Administration; two (2) years of which must have been in a management/lead capacity; ORGraduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the NYS board of Regents to grant degrees with an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and six (6) years’ experience as defined in (A) above and two (2) years of which must have been in a management/lead capacity; ORObtain a NYS District Administrator Certification/School District Leader Certification with four (4) years of computer science and networking vocation experience. General Statement of Duties: This position is an administrative/managerial position. Such person shall have sole responsibility in the development, implementation, and use of technology throughout the Port Jervis City School District, working closely with district staff to assess and address user and instructional practice needs.Salary is competitive based on experience.
