Pocantico Hills Central School District, which encompasses parts of the towns of Mount Pleasant and Greenburgh, has rich traditions supported by the Rockefeller family and the close-knit and culturally diverse Pocantico Hills community since its inception in 1932. A uniquely wonderful place to live and learn, the grounds are adjacent to Rockefeller State Park Preserve with ready access to both the cultural resources of Westchester County and New York City. The tiny Pocantico Hills School serves approximately 340 students across eleven grade levels, from JPK through 8th Grade. Upon graduation, students can attend one of three outstanding partner high schools – Pleasantville, Briarcliff, and Sleepy Hollow (Tarrytown).
