The position is at Stratford Road Elementary School and is an excellent opportunity for educators passionate about teaching Special Education. This dynamic Special Education Teacher will lead an 8:1:4 classroom serving students with intensive needs. This self-contained classroom is designed to provide a highly structured, supportive, and individualized learning environment for students with significant developmental and/or behavioral disabilities.The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team including classroom and 1:1 aides, related service providers, and administrators, all committed to supporting student growth across academic, social-emotional, behavioral, and life skills domains.Qualifications: - Valid NYS Certification in Students with Disabilities 1-6 or SWD All Grades- Experience teaching elementary school students preferred- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleaguesLocation: Stratford Road Elementary SchoolDeadline to apply: Tuesday, June 17, 2025
