As a TeachingAssistant you will be providing individualized assistance to ELL studentsto enhance their language skills and academic success. RESPONSIBILITIESProvide one-on-one or small group support to reinforce language acquisition and literacy skills.Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for ELL students.Help create and adapt instructional materials to meet the diverse needs of ELL learners.Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers and parents/guardians. QUALIFICATIONSExperience working with ELL students or in multicultural settings.Strong communication skills and patience.Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, students, and families.
