The District is seeking to employ a Seasonal Secretary of AdministratorWork hours—flexible between normal school hours of 9am-5pmCandidates should possess the following qualifications:Exceptional multi-tasking skills Independent, resourceful in completing assigned tasksStrong analytical skills-adept at managing budgetsProficiency with computer applications including Google Suite, Microsoft Office and accounting softwareAbility to maintain confidentialityGood interpersonal skillsAccurate and detailed orientedJob responsibilities include:Utilize IEP Direct software and STAC and CPSE portal to track and manage the provision of services for preschool aged students; organize meetings, gather information, track and enter student dataBudget and financial management for the PPS, Guidance and Nursing departments, including analyses of spending, obtaining vendor bids, developing RFPs, requisitioning materials, services and supplies, analyses of utilization of related service by vendor and by studentAdministrative support for the Asst. Super.
