Vacancy 2026 – 2027 School Year Effective August 31, 2026 School Monitor Theodore Roosevelt School and James H. Vernon 10 Month Positions Multiple positions available (3 – 6 hours per day) The Oyster Bay – East Norwich Central School District has vacancies for School Monitor positions located in the Theodore Roosevelt Elementary School and the James H. Vernon School. The rate of pay is $17.77 per hour as per the CSEA (Part Time Aides and Monitors) Collective Bargaining Agreement. Successful candidates will be required to be fingerprinted by the NYSED and receive Nassau County Civil Service clearance. Bilingual Candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
