Brookside School is in need of an Elementary (STEAM) Teacher. Childhood Education Grades 1-6 required. Bilingual preferred. OTA contractual rate applies.The STEAM teacher is to design and deliver student-centered learning experiences for students in grades 1-2 in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics as a special area teacher. Requirements include:Demonstrated ability to design engaging, hands-on learning experiences around STEAMDemonstrated ability to differentiate instruction based on students' and class' needsDemonstrated ability to collaborate with classroom teachers to reinforce core curriculum with STEAM learning experiencesDemonstrated ability to effectively manage student behavior and class proceduresDemonstrated ability to share teaching space as needed
