ONC BOCES is seeking a Health Occupations InstructorAs a visionary educational leader, the Health Occupations Instructor will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of nursing students in our region. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the high school CTE nursing program while teaching students the skills needed to succeed in the world of nursing. Students at the Otsego Area Occupational Center are offered the opportunity to earn their Home Health Aide (HHA) and Certified Nurse Assisting (CNA) licensures through our NYSED approved program. The selected candidate will foster an environment that promotes academic excellence, student growth, and community engagement. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker, collaborator, and advocate for innovation, committed to ensuring our students receive world-class opportunities to enhance student outcomes and lifelong learning. Reporting to the Principal and Student Programs Supervisor of the Otsego Area Occupational Center (OAOC), the Health Occupations Instructor will create the conditions for student success.
