The Oceanside School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate ELA (English Language Arts) teacher for our OLC program. As an OLC ELA Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our students academic growth and development. This position offers a competitive hourly rate and a flexible schedule that aligns with the school week.Location: Castleton, 3rd floorStart and end time - 2:45-4:15Required Certifications, English Language Arts 7-12 or Lit (all grades)Key Responsibilities:Conduct engaging ELA lessons for students in the OLC program.Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.Support students in improving their reading, writing, and communication skills.Provide individualized assistance to students as needed.Collaborate with other educators and program staff to ensure students' success.Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.The Oceanside School District is a leader in educational excellence and student achievement.
