OCM BOCES CNY Regional Information Center has the need for a full-time, twelve-month Systems Training Assistant for Educational Data to assist with the initial training and support of school clerical, instructional and administrative personnel in student and staff applications. Successful candidate will test system upgrades and prepare training materials and documentation; assist users with problems encountered with the software and act in a liaison capacity with vendor to resolve issues; prepare and print reports for schools. This is a competitive Civil Service position. Continued employment is contingent on successfully passing and being reachable on the Systems Training Assistant list.
