OCM BOCES Career and Technical program has an anticipated opening for a Culinary and Pastry Arts Instructor at the Cortlandville Campus in Cortland, NY. The Culinary program prepares 11th & 12th grade students in the areas of: safety and sanitation, food prep, cooking, restaurant management, hospitality, customer service, menu planning and marketing in conjunction with professionalism, communication, problem solving and teamwork.
