OCM BOCES is looking to hire office staff who are interested in joining our team that supports local school districts and their students. Specifically, BOCES is hiring both a permanent full-time and a temporary part-time Account Clerk III located at the Main Campus in Liverpool. The successful candidate will work under the immediate supervision of the Central Business Office Manager assisting school districts with accounting and clerical services including but not limited to processing payroll, reviewing vouchers for payment, and updating systems for tracking student and state funding. BOCES provides on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement. This is a competitive class civil service position. Candidates must be reachable on the existing eligibility list. If there is no mandated eligible list, candidates will be considered for provisional appointment. Passing score on examination required for continuing employment.
