NYS Certification in TESOLSkills:? Extensive experience with ENL strategies and literacy development.? Extensive knowledge of administration of the NYSITELL and NYSESLAT.? Extensive experience with integrated ENL classes in the elementary classrooms.? Bilingual Spanish (preferred)? Responsibilities:? Plan, prepare and facilitate lessons to develop students’ language acquisition and literacy for stand-alone and integrated classes.? Assess students’ performance accurately and regularly; provide thoughtful and meaningful feedback for improvement.? Establish and maintain an open channel of communication with parents and school personnel.? Promote a safe and stimulating environment for students. ?
