City School District of New Rochelle Embracing Diversity: Driving Success The City School District of New Rochelle has a probationary opening for a dual certified secondary, 7-12 Students with Disabilities/Math teacher pending approval of the 2022-2023 School Budget. Appropriate 7-12 NYS certification in BOTH Students with Disabilities AND Math are required.
