School PsychologistNew Lebanon Central School District is seeking a compassionate NYS Certified School Psychologist to join our educational team. This is a full-time, 10-month position serving students in a supportive, student-centered environment. The ideal candidate will be committed to promoting student well-being and academic success through psychological services, assessments, and collaboration with staff and families.Responsibilities:Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for studentsParticipate in the Committee on Special Education and Section 504 meetingsProvide counseling services to students as neededCollaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student learning and mental healthDevelop behavior intervention plans and support implementationMonitor student progress and maintain appropriate records and documentationAssist with crisis intervention and threat assessments as neededPromote a positive school climate and support school-wide initiativesQualifications:New York State Certification as a School Psychologist (Required)Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulationsExcellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
