Direct and manage the district’s early childhood general- and special-education programs. Serve as CPSE chairperson and manage grants and contracts associated with the programs. Supervise operations and personnel within the programs. Provide leadership to ensure high standards of instructional service and compliance with district policies. Working knowledge of early childhood curriculum and instruction. Ability to evaluate the instructional program and teaching effectiveness. Ability to manage budget and personnel. Ability to coordinate grants and interagency agreements. Ability to coordinate campus functions. Ability to implement policy and procedures. Ability to interpret data.Strong organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.QUALIFICATIONS: NYS Certification in SBL (school building leadership) or SDL (school district LeadershipSALARY RANGE: $75,000, based on experience and a negotiated agreement.
