Position: Behavior Specialist – Full-timeLocation: Districtwide (Secondary)Requirements: • Effective September 1, 2025• Tenure track position• Responsibilities to include:- Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools, to conduct functional behavioral assessments and analyses when appropriate.- Work in collaboration with teaching staff to develop behavior strategies to teach appropriate behavior and reduce interfering behaviors. - Provide ongoing behavioral support and training for teaching professionals, support staff and parents.- Create an ongoing data collection system to establish baseline and programmatic efficacy for all behavior intervention plans.- Analyze data on a frequent and ongoing basis to guide programming.
