Employee is responsible for a variety of housekeeping tasks and occasional minor maintenance. Typical work duties include vacuuming/mopping floors, dusting/polishing furniture, washing windows, emptying garbage cans, cleaning restrooms, moving furniture and equipment from one place to another, painting, completing minor repairs, and shoveling snow.
