Duties: The Education Data Analyst will assist administrators and teachers in implementing a variety of software products related to local assessments, social-emotional well-being, formative assessments, school climate surveys, etc.Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assisting component school districts in the integration and use of software products.Developing and delivering customized professional development.Engaging districts in product utilization focusing on student success.Coaching districts on best practices in order to inform student-centered, institutional decision making.Working closely with district and building-level personnel to analyze and interpret data that supports data-driven instruction (DDI) as well as overall school improvement initiatives as required by the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA).Identifying metrics and other learning analytics that support district goals and initiatives.Job requires some travel between school districts for training and support within a five-county radius (Madison, Oneida, Herkimer, Jefferson and Lewis Counties).Qualifications: Working knowledge of state, regional, and local educational leadership practices. Experience providing professional development preferred. Teacher certification and classroom experience required.
