Duties: Responsible for instruction (theory and clinical skills) in a full-time Practical Nurse Program following NYS Education Department regulations. Duties include, but not limited to: curriculum development in collaboration with nursing faculty; coordination of clinical and lab experience; evaluation of program outcomes; evaluation of student performance including developing remediation plans and conducting academic advisement; and engaging in appropriate professional development.Successful candidate will be organized, student-centered, demonstrate excellent communication skills and follow-through as well as thorough recordkeeping.Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited nursing programBaccalaureate Degree in Nursing required, MS Degree or coursework towards MS degree preferredMinimum of two years clinical experienceCurrent NYS Nursing LicenseCurrent BLS CPR certification (American Heart Association)Location of Position: Madison-Oneida BOCESTerms of Employment: Full-time w/BenefitsSalary: Dependent upon experienceStarting Date: September 2024
