Demonstrated commitment to students4. Demonstrated leadership skills in the areas of curriculum, instruction, assessment, program evaluation, staff development, and school improvement5. Knowledge of the New York State Learning Standards and ability to evaluate effective classroom instruction6. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills7.
